Our mission is to help riders build strong, confident partnerships with their horses through trust, communication, and leadership. By focusing on relationship first, we guide students to develop both the mindset and skillset needed for long-term success in horsemanship.

Our History

Blueline Horsemanship was built on a foundation of leadership, service, and a deep passion for horses. Julie’s journey began in law enforcement, where she spent decades working with mounted patrol horses in high-pressure environments. Discovering the Parelli program transformed her approach—shifting from force and control to trust, dignity, and communication. Today, she shares that knowledge to empower riders and help them achieve real, lasting results.
